If you are interested in something different to jump start your day, join me Saturday at 9:30am for a cardio kickboxing session on Zoom. You’ll learn some basic kickboxing and self-defense moves that you can practice anywhere for a bit of a workout. It’s different and a great way to relieve stress during these crazy times. No equipment needed. The session will include standing techniques and possibly some floor techniques. Be prepared to join with video. That way I can help you through the moves and we can interact.
